Inservice hours
What is the time frame allowed for inservice credit, expecially for those centers coming up on full rating visits halfway through their program year? Will they be required to show the full amount of inservice needed at a specific star level for this first half of the year or will credit be given by what they attained last year? If the center has a written policy that all staff must attend X amount of hours, can credit be given for intent?

Inservice hours will be accepted for the full year prior to the rating date. Credit is not given for intent, but for actual hours of training documented on certificates, sign-in sheets, etc.
