Also, do centers need to use the assesment piece from the specified curriculum in use?

Regarding 4B - Check Signature Requirements

For a school with one owner, who is also responsible for the financial aspects, what should they write if only one signature is used for checks? Will they be unable to move to the 5-star level due to this?

Changing area for heavy toddlers

Two questions came up in a training last evening. By all regs (QRS/DCF) can heavy or older children have a diaper or pull-up changed while standing? Can the center have a diaper changing area that consists of a mat on the floor for those children?

Q & A Meetings for Centers in Full Rating

Q & A sessions are planned for centers 6 months prior to their full rating due date.

Toileting Clarification

On a recent visit to a provider, a staff member and the director stated they were unable to help VPK children who had accidents, they could only give them wipes and tell them what to do "because licensing won't allow it". I was unable to find this mentioned in the ordinance. Please clarify what is the correct procedure and indicate which ordinance specifically address this in order to review it with the provider. Thank you.
