If a teacher cleans & sanitizes the tables after each meal, do they need to do the same before each meal as well?
Because it is likely that something will be placed on the table or that the table will be touched by a child, the teacher should clean and sanitize the table again. Page 93 in "All About the ECERS-R" states, "tables should be washed to remove gross soil and sanitized with a bleach-water solution before and after being used for meals/snacks."

The same thing holds true for the ITERS and FCCERS.
