Final Ratings Schedule
Are providers required to complete their final assessment based on the calendar established by the QRIS staff or do they have the option to request it earlier or later?
The Full Rating Schedule is a fluid document, based on: * 3 years for providers who were fully rated under the 4 star system; or * 18 months from date of pre-assessment. Providers can request an earlier date, or for those pre-assessed, with the coach/mentor approval, can postpone full rating for a while, but not indefinitely. Providers with prior full ratings must go throught the process again within 3 years or their rating will no longer be valid.
