Are there any specific assesments needed for full rating?
Also, do centers need to use the assesment piece from the specified curriculum in use?

The "best assessments" would be connected to the Curriculum system the facility is using. But I believe any comprehensive assessments are permitted (Ages & Stages, LAP-D, DIBELS, Denver, etc.)
