Is there a new form for staff who drive the vans and buses that needs to be completed that includes a vision test? I was recently at a school and were asking about it in regards to changes that would begin soon.
Are the other changes to the ordinances that we should be aware of? If so, can those either be posted on the blog or emailed? It really helps when everyone is on the same page.

Kathy Walters replied: There is not a new form. There is a form available on www.myflorida.com/childcare under forms for driver physical. The driver physical form does have a section for vision The ordinance requires a physical form that grants approval to drive. Drivers are required to have an annual physical.
