40 hour questions

Some licensing questions that I am hoping someone can help me out with....

If a teacher has a Masters degree and teaches in the afterschool program, does he/she need the 40 hours?

If a teacher has a Masters degree and teaches ages 5 + over the summer, does he/she need the 40 hours?

Does a substitute teacher in the 3 year old class need her 40 hours?
